As one of Singapore’s largest planned residential mixed-use developments, Paya Lebar Quarter is home to leading retailers, smart boardrooms and innovative development. One of Singapore’s most iconic developments, Paya Lebar Quarter is now a global leader in the advancement of efficient outcomes through the digital transformation of the built environment.
We designed and delivered a digital twin solution for the entirety of the Paya Lebar Quarter Precinct, built up on the fundamental knowledge that virtual modelling of the spaces would allow for optimal data analysis and system monitoring. By taking a digital twin approach the client has been able to transform the way they run and operate their businesses by uncovering opportunities for improvement and efficiency enhancement.
The building is now Singapore’s first building to be WELL Certified and simultaneously achieve a Platinum rating under the BCA Singapore latest version of its GreenMark standards for Non-Residential Buildings, 2015.
Digital Twin Focus
